About Ridgeglow
Engineer-as-partner, not vendor.
After 14 years building software at companies large and small — including a stretch at Amazon, contract work for Microsoft, and years at a small business — I noticed something: small businesses on the Front Range keep getting two kinds of options. Wix templates that all look the same, or six-figure agency proposals for projects they don't need.
Ridgeglow exists to be the option in between.
How I work
- Direct. You talk to the person building it. No account managers, no hand-offs, no telephone game.
- Transparent. Weekly progress, fixed-price wherever possible, and a clear estimate before any build work starts.
- Yours. You own the domain, the code, and the content. If you leave, you take it all with you. Cleanly.
What I won't do
- Lock you into a proprietary CMS you can't leave.
- Charge a hand-off fee to give you your own code.
- Disappear after launch and stop responding to emails.
- Pad scope. If you don't need an app, I'll tell you a website is enough.
Why Colorado Springs
I live here. I want to build things for the businesses around me — the restaurants I eat at, the contractors my friends hire, the studios my family goes to. Local clients get face time. Front Range clients (Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Pueblo) get the same attention. Remote clients elsewhere get the same standard of work.
