What's actually included?
Each tier lists exactly what's in scope. Anything beyond that gets a written change order before we start work, so the bill never surprises you.
Do I own the code and the domain?
Yes, on every tier. Even the $50/month Subscription Site — your domain stays in your name, and if you cancel, you take the site with you.
What if I want to leave?
We hand over your code, hosting credentials, and domain. We don't charge for the hand-off, and we don't sabotage your site on the way out.
Why is the subscription cheaper than the one-time builds?
We use AI to assemble the basics fast, which keeps a small site cheap to produce. The trade-off is that subscription sites are simpler in scope — fewer pages, lighter customization. If you outgrow it, we credit your subscription toward a Starter or Growth build.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Hosting, content edits, and routine maintenance are bundled at each tier where listed. The only extras are scope changes you approve in writing.
Can I pay in installments for the one-time tiers?
Yes — typically 50% to start, 50% on launch. Larger projects can split into more milestones. We agree on the schedule before any work begins.
